Everyone works at their own pace, so I offer several options to suit your needs:
• Short-term therapy (6–12 sessions) – helpful if you want focused support around a particular issue.
• Open-ended therapy – space to go deeper, take your time and work at a pace that feels right for you.
• One-off or occasional double sessions (£120) – useful when you want a longer space or to explore something specific.
Sessions are 50 minutes, charged at £70 per session, or £65 each when booked in a block.
