Session Fees
Individual counselling sessions: £65 per 50 minutes
(when booked in a block)Optional double sessions (100 minutes): £120
Available occasionally where a longer session feels helpful, for example when exploring
something specific or when a longer space feels supportive.
A free introductory call is offered before booking, giving you the opportunity to ask
questions and decide whether working together feels right.
Who are you?
I’m Auberon Hedgecoe MNCPS (Accred), a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering in-person
and online sessions for adults in a calm, empathetic, and confidential environment.
What is your therapeutic approach?
My therapy work is integrative, grounded in a person-centred approach, and follows the ethical
frameworks of both the BACP and the NCPS. Sessions offer a steady, supportive space to understand
your experiences more deeply and to work at a pace that feels right for you.
How do I begin therapy?
Therapy starts with a free introductory call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get a
feel for how I work. If you’re happy to progress, we’ll arrange an initial 50-minute session to begin
our work together.

Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Therapeutic counselling is available both in person and online, offering
flexibility and accessibility. Online sessions are provided from the UK and meet
the same standards of quality, confidentiality, and professionalism, in line
with BACP and NCPS ethical guidance.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone works at their own pace, and there is no fixed number of sessions.
Options include:
Short-term therapy (6–12 sessions)
Helpful if you want focused support around a particular issue.Open-ended therapy
Space to go deeper and work at a pace that feels right for you.Optional one-off or occasional double sessions
Useful when a longer session feels supportive or when exploring something specific.
