The Coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we live and work and online counselling is now becoming a common practice preferred by both clients and therapists as it is easily accessible to all those who wish to use it .
Both the therapist and the client have the convenience of corresponding with each other at a range of variant times and anyone who has access to the internet can make use of such services at their convenience. The research consistently shows that online treatment can be as effective as face- to face therapy and many clients are now meeting their therapist online.
When our appointment time arrives, we can speak using either Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. If for whatever reason this doesn’t work/isn’t possible we will have a pre-agreed back-up plan.
